How it works

From your door and back again

The whole point of the service is that you should not have to think about it. Here is what happens between handing over your laundry and getting it back.

  • Four steps

    Booked, collected, treated, returned

  • Counted in, checked out

What was collected is what gets checked

  • Within 2 days

Published turnaround for laundry by weight

    Book a pickup

Tell us what needs cleaning and when it suits you. Takes about a minute.

    • Choose the service and share your address
    • Pick a date and time window that works for you
    • Add any instructions for specific garments
  2. 02

    We collect

Your garments are collected, counted and logged against your booking.

    • Items counted and recorded at collection
    • Anything needing special attention is flagged
    • You get a record of what was collected
  3. 03

    Professional care

Each item is sorted and treated according to its fabric and finish.

    • Sorted by fabric, colour and treatment required
    • Cleaned using the right process for each item
    • Pressed and finished before packing
  4. 04

Back to you, ready to wear

Clean, finished garments returned properly packed — nothing left to do.

    • Checked against the collection record
    • Packed to stay clean in transit
    • Returned to you on the agreed schedule

How long will it take?

Turnaround runs from the day your garments are collected. Delicate, heavily soiled or specialist items may take longer, and we will tell you upfront if that applies to anything in your order.

Between collection and return

The part you never see

Most of the work happens in the few hours between your garments leaving your door and coming back. It is also where almost everything that goes wrong in this trade goes wrong.

Nothing is treated before it has been looked at. Fabric, finish, trims and any existing damage are checked first, and the process is chosen from what the garment is — not from what else happens to be in the load.

  • Sorted by colour, fabric and soil level
  • Water or solvent chosen per item
  • Stains treated before the cycle, not after
  • Items kept grouped by order throughout

If a stain will not lift, or a garment carries real risk, you hear about it before the work — not when it comes back.

The count is the contract. What was collected is what gets checked before anything comes back to you.

Every order, every time
  • Counted in

Items counted and recorded against your booking at collection.

  • Checked out

Counted back against that record, piece by piece, before packing.

  • Raised early

Anything that does not match is raised while the trail is still fresh.

Use the Book a Pickup form on this site. Fill in your details, the service you need and a preferred pickup date and time, and we will get in touch to confirm. You can also send an enquiry from the Contact page.

Pickup and return are part of how the service is designed to work. Availability depends on your location, so we confirm collection and return arrangements with you when your booking is accepted.

It depends on the service and the garment — pressing is quicker than dry cleaning, and specialist items take longer than everyday wear. We confirm a schedule with you when we accept the booking rather than quoting a time we cannot hold to.
